Our office is in Tulsi Bhavan, right across from Gopal Maidan in Bistupur. It’s a pretty central spot, which helps when we have to move stuff around. We spend most of our time loading and unloading trucks with poles, fabric, and big cooking pots. If there is a function happening, you’ll likely see our guys running around. The warehouse gets a bit messy with all the linens and chairs stacked up, but we know where everything is. We’ve handled a lot of different setups over the years. Some are simple and others take all night to put together. Being in Bistupur means things are always moving fast. We don't have a flashy showroom, just the workspace where we take notes and figure out the schedules. Often, we are out at the site more than we are in the office. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn’t great, but we get it done. The team is just a bunch of local workers who have been doing this for a long time. We eat our meals together between shifts and talk about the next job. It’s a lot of physical labor, dragging tents and heavy crates, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on getting the gear to the right place at the right time. That’s how we operate every day. Mostly, it’s about being reliable for the neighborhood folks here.
