Our office is located at 57-C over in the E.C.C. area of Kadma. Being a part of Tata Steel means we have a lot of history in Jamshedpur. We focus on the town's upkeep and making sure the local services stay reliable for everyone. Most of our crew lives right here in the city, so we care about how things look and work. It isn't always easy work, especially when the old pipes act up or the power lines need tending to. We spend most of our hours outdoors, moving from one site to another across the Kadma district. People know us by our uniforms and the trucks we drive around the neighborhood. We don't spend much time in the office because there's always something to do outside. Whether it's clearing a drain or fixing a street lamp, it’s all part of the daily routine for us. We keep things simple and try to be honest about how long a repair might take. The office at E.C.C. is where we coordinate everything and keep our tools. It’s a practical setup for a group that spends more time with wrenches than pens. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, and we just keep doing what we've always done. It’s about keeping the basic things working so people can go about their lives without much trouble. We're just regular workers doing a necessary job.
