Y. K. G. N Electroplaters

Y. K. G. N Electroplaters is over on Kalavad Main Road, at Plot No-49 in the Digvijay Plot area. It gets pretty noisy around here because of all the traffic on the main road, but you get used to the sound of engines and horns after a few days. The shop itself is where all the action happens. We’ve got the tanks and the equipment for the plating work, and it’s usually pretty warm inside because of the processes we run. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, what with the chemicals and the metal parts everywhere, but it’s a working shop. We wear our old clothes because they’re going to get stained anyway. There’s a small office space in the corner where we keep the books and take calls, but most of our time is spent out on the floor. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we know our way around the different metals and finishes pretty well. It’s hard work, and your hands definitely show it at the end of the day. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. Most of the folks who bring stuff to us are locals or small businesses from around here. We don't have any big fancy speeches about what we do, we just take the parts, do the work, and hand them back.
