Alka Enterprise/ Jay Metal

You can find us at the Dinesh Building, specifically at number 12 on Hirji Mistri Road. We are right in the Shankar Tekri area of Udyognagar in Jamnagar. If you know Jamnagar, you know this part of town is all about metal and hard work. We go by Alka Enterprise or Jay Metal, depending on who is asking, but the work is the same. The building itself has seen better days, but it holds up just fine for what we do. We spend our hours surrounded by the smell of metal and the sound of tools hitting benches. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we are used to it. The floor is usually covered in shavings by lunchtime. We don't have a marketing department or a polished website. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down orders in a notebook. Shankar Tekri is always moving, and we are part of that movement. Sometimes it gets really hot in the summer, and we have to slow down a bit, but the work never really stops. We deal with brass and other metals mostly. It’s honest work that leaves your hands dirty at the end of the shift. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the neighbors all know us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide metal parts to people who need them and try to keep our prices reasonable.
