Shreenath Metals

At Shreenath Metals, we operate out of Shanker Tekri in the Udyognagar part of the GIDC. Our spot is B-46-1. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always got that smell of metal and machinery in the air. We’ve been in this unit for quite a bit of time now. The neighbors are mostly doing similar things, so there is always a lot of noise from trucks and tools. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits us just fine. We handle a lot of metal work here. Most of the time, the floor is covered in scraps and the machines are running loud. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with these materials. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, especially with the metal reflecting the sun, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. Sometimes the power goes out in the GIDC, which is a real pain, but we manage. We aren’t looking to be the biggest place around, just consistent. The address can be a bit tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time, but once they see the Shanker Tekri sign, they usually get here okay. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we know. There’s always something to fix or a new batch of material to sort through. We like it okay.
