Sidhivinayak Dinnig Hall

Sidhivinayak Dinnig Hall is on the first floor of the Shreeji Shopping Centre. We are located on Salaya Road in Jamkhambhalia. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up, but it gives us a bit of a break from the dust on the main road. We are quite close to the Aarti Guest House, so we get a lot of people staying there who come over for their lunch or dinner. The hall is a large room with several long tables and chairs. It is meant for people to sit down and have a proper, full meal. We don't do small snacks much; it is mostly about the plates of food. The shopping center is usually busy with people buying clothes or groceries, and some of them end up here when they are tired. We have a kitchen staff that knows exactly what to do every morning. We don't use any fancy machines, just traditional cooking methods that take time. Jamnagar - 361305 can be a quiet place sometimes, but our dining hall usually has some chatter going on. The windows stay open to let some air in, though it gets a bit noisy from the Salaya Road traffic. We just keep the water jugs filled and the plates ready. It is a straightforward business where we just serve what we have cooked for the day and then we clean up the whole place for the next morning.
