Aashray Restaurant is part of Aashray Hotels & Food Products, located over at 3588 and 3589 on Road No i in the GIDC area of Dared, Jamnagar. Being in Phase 3 of an industrial zone like GIDC means our days are mostly dictated by the factory schedules around us. We get a lot of workers, supervisors, and people who are in Dared for business reasons. Our place is built for people who are working hard and just want a decent meal and a chair. We don't go in for fancy menus or complicated dishes. We serve what people need to get through their shift. The building is functional and straightforward, which fits the neighborhood perfectly. My team and I start things up early because the GIDC area never really sleeps. We've seen a lot of changes in Dared over the years as more units have opened up around us. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Jamnagar, just a reliable one for the people who are here every day. It's a lot of repetition, cooking the same pots of food and cleaning the same tables, but it's honest work. We stay open until the evening rush finishes and then get ready to do it all again tomorrow morning.
