Chhappan Bhog Restaurant

We are located at Goverdhan Green Resort along National Highway 8 E on Jamnagar Road. This is the Dwarka Ho area, specifically near Post Baradiya. If you are traveling toward the temple, you’ll likely pass us on your way. The restaurant is named after the fifty-six offerings, which is a big part of the local culture here. Being on the highway means we see a lot of tired travelers and pilgrims who have been on the road for hours. They usually arrive dusty and hungry. We have plenty of space here because we aren't cramped up in the middle of a city. The air feels different out here on the highway compared to the crowded streets of Dwarka town. We start our prep work early in the morning, chopping vegetables and getting the lentils ready. Our kitchen is busy but we try to keep it organized. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person writing things for us. We just serve the food that we know how to make well. Some people stop for a quick bite, while others sit for a long time to rest before they continue their journey. It’s a practical place for practical people. The building is simple and the service is straightforward. We just want people to leave with a full stomach before they hit the road again for their final destination.
