Guruadesh Restaurant & Guest House

Our business is a mix of a restaurant and a guest house located in Jamnagar. We are based in the Shreeji Complex on Ranjitsagar Road. It is a decent spot in the city. The guest house part is on the upper floors and we have the restaurant area as well. We get a lot of travelers who are just looking for a budget place to stay for a night or two. The rooms are basic with just the things you really need like a bed and a fan. We don't have those fancy lobbies or room service that the big hotels have. It is more of a family-run operation. We do the cleaning and the cooking ourselves most days. In the restaurant, we serve meals to both the people staying with us and locals who live near Ranjitsagar Road. It can get pretty busy during the wedding season or when there are festivals in town. We have been running this place for several years now. It is a lot of responsibility to look after guests 24 hours a day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a corporate office. It is just us working out of the complex. Sometimes we get tired, but we like meeting the different people who pass through Jamnagar. We try to make sure everything is okay, but we are just human.
