We are located at Shiv Kuti on Kachery Road, which is right near Mangal Bhavan. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of people coming and going. We deal with refractories and technical supplies. The office is in a building called Shiv Kuti. It’s an older place, but it serves us well. We’ve got a small team that handles the orders and the logistics. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind. We talk to a lot of different people, from small shop owners to larger contractors. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure people get the refractory materials they need for their ovens or kilns. It’s a niche business, so you have to know what you’re talking about, but we keep the conversation simple. We’ve had some ups and downs over the years, like any business, but we’re still here. There’s no grand mission statement on the wall. We just want to do a decent job and stay busy. If you’re ever near Mangal Bhavan, you can stop by. We usually have the fan on and some tea ready if you need to talk about an order. It's mostly paperwork and phone calls throughout the day, but it keeps us going and pays the rent.
