S B Metal Udyog

S B Metal Udyog is located on Indira Road, right near the Kirti Way Bridge in the Jamnagar Gidc. Our address is Plot No. 4-A-1. Jamnagar is known for this kind of metal work, so we fit right in with the other shops and small factories around here. The bridge is a good landmark because people sometimes get lost in the Gidc lanes which all start to look the same after a while. We’ve been working out of this plot for a long time. It’s a metal shop, so it’s not the cleanest place you’ll ever visit. There is oil on the floor and the smell of hot metal is always in the air. We don’t mind it though, it’s what we’re used to after so many years. Most of us here grew up around this industry and we know the machines inside out. We don't have a website or anyone to handle social media or things like that. We just answer the phone when it rings and talk to the people who walk through the gate. It’s a very local way of doing things. The traffic near Kirti Way Bridge can get pretty bad in the evenings, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early. Our space is packed with materials and old machines that still run better than some of the new ones. We just come in, do the metal work, and go home to our families.
