Palate Restaurant

You can find us over at the New Super Market on Bedi Gate Road. This part of Jamnagar, the 361004 area, is always full of people looking for clothes or household items. Palate Restaurant is located right in this busy market scene. It is a straightforward place where we serve food to anyone who walks in off the street. Our day usually starts with the sound of shop shutters opening up all around us. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping vegetables and getting the stove going. The restaurant isn't very large, so things can feel a bit cramped when the lunch rush hits. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from all the feet passing over them. We don't have a website or any fancy social media stuff. Most of our customers are just people who are already in the market for shopping. The stairs leading up can be a bit annoying for some, and the parking situation on Bedi Gate Road is almost always a disaster. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping the tables wiped. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but they keep the air moving in the heat. It is a basic operation run by a few of us who have been working here for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
