Pakwan Dining Hall

So, if you ever find yourself in Dwarka, specifically near Teen Batti Chowk, that’s where we are. Pakwan Dining Hall is on Jawahar Road. Dwarka Ho is a busy area, especially with all the people coming for the temple and everything. We have been serving food here for quite a while. It’s a dining hall, so it’s mostly about big tables and getting people fed quickly. We do a lot of traditional Gujarati style cooking. The kitchen starts humming very early because there is a lot of chopping and boiling to do. We don’t really have a menu that changes much, we just stick to what people expect when they come here. It’s a simple setup with plain walls and sturdy furniture. You won’t find anything fancy, just a place to sit down and eat a proper meal. The staff is mostly local guys who have been here forever. We know how to handle the lunch rush when it feels like everyone in town is trying to get through the door at once. We just keep the water glasses full and the plates moving. It’s honest work. The street outside is always noisy with bells and people talking. We just stay focused on the kitchen and the tables. It’s what we do every day of the week without much fuss. Sometimes we get tired, but we keep going because people need to eat.
