Rajhans Metal Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. P, 985dared in the GIDC area. It’s a busy industrial zone and the roads can be a bit rough, especially after the monsoon season. Our place is basically a large shed where we process different types of metal. It gets very hot inside during the summer months, so we have several large fans blowing all the time, though they mostly just move the warm air around. We have stacks of metal sheets and rods piled up against the walls, categorized in a way that makes sense to us even if it looks messy to an outsider. The sound of metal hitting metal is the soundtrack to our day. We aren't big on fancy titles or formal meetings here. Usually, we just stand around a workbench and talk about what needs to be done next. The sign outside has seen better days and the paint is peeling a bit, but everyone in the neighborhood knows where we are. We get a lot of deliveries throughout the week, and the forklift is constantly moving back and forth across the floor. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of business. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about having a polished image. As long as the machines are running and the orders are moving, we are doing alright.
