Bansidhar Metal Product

Bansidhar Metal Product is out in G.I.D.C. Phase-II. Our specific spot is No. 190-B on Kaveri Wall Street. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a lot of metal and concrete. That’s exactly what we deal with every day. The shop isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s a workspace through and through. We have our machines and our materials laid out where we can get to them quickly. It gets loud when the work starts, so we don't do much talking while the machines are running. We’ve been part of the G.I.D.C. community for a good while. It's a tough environment, but it's honest work. The road outside can get pretty torn up from the heavy trucks, so you have to drive carefully when you come by. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. It’s not an office job by any means. Our hands are usually dirty by noon. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just make the metal products people order and try to keep the quality decent. It's just us and the metal. Most days are long, but we like the routine of it. Being in Phase-II means we are surrounded by other people doing the same kind of hard work. We usually eat our lunch quick and get back to the machines. There’s always another pile of material waiting for us to finish it up.
