Our workshop is at Plot No. 17 in the GIDC-II area of Dared. It’s a typical industrial plot, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly metal work. We spend our days dealing with various metal components and parts. There’s usually a lot of noise from the cutting and shaping, and the smell of metal is always in the air. We’ve been in Dared for quite a bit now. Most of the people working here are local guys who have been doing this kind of work their whole lives. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write pretty words for us. We just show up, do the metal work, and make sure things are built the way they should be. It’s hard work and it’s usually quite hot, especially near the machines. The office is just a small room in the corner where we keep the books and take calls. We have piles of raw material in one corner and finished parts in the other. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered when we’re busy, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the metal jobs that come our way and try to keep the machines running smooth. The guys usually take their lunch together out front when it's not too sunny.
