Times Institute

We are located on Exchange Road in the Gandhinagar area of Jammu. Our building is very close to the telephone exchange, which is how most people find us if they’re new to the neighborhood. The 180004 pin code is a busy part of the city. We’ve been running Times Institute from this spot for quite a while. The road outside can get pretty packed with traffic, especially near the exchange, but it’s a good place to be because everyone knows the area. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have the usual desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. It’s a practical environment for an institute. We don’t spend much time worrying about decor; we just focus on the day-to-day operations. Some days are loud with the street noise, and other days it’s surprisingly quiet. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Exchange Road over the years, but we’re still here doing the same work. It’s a reliable spot. People stop in to ask questions or drop off papers all day long. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a real place where local staff work and help the community. Being in Gandhinagar means we are right in the middle of things, which we like. It feels good to be a part of the daily life in this section of Jammu and we just take things one day at a time.
