Skims Medical College

The office for Skims Medical College is located at House Number 257 in Sector-2 of the MIG/SDA Colony in Bemina. Being here in Srinagar means we deal with all kinds of weather, especially the cold winters that slow everything down. This colony is a quiet residential area mostly, so it does not feel like a typical busy college campus right here. We spend our days handling paperwork and talking to people who come through the door looking for information. The building is just a normal house converted for our use, which makes the atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed than a big institution. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are out or when there is work happening on the roads nearby. We have been in this part of Kashmir for a while now, and we know the local tea shops and the way the traffic moves in the morning. People usually find us by asking for the SDA Colony landmarks. It is a simple setup with desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We don't have fancy lobbies or receptionists in suits. It is just a practical space where we manage the day-to-day tasks that keep things running. The commute can be a bit long when it snows, but we usually make it in to get the doors open on time for anyone who needs us.
