Mount Litera Zee School Jammu - Bohri

We are located in Anand Nagar, specifically in the Bohri area of Jammu. Our address is 180002. It’s a school that’s been around for a while now. We have a building with several floors and classrooms for different grades. It’s usually quite busy in the mornings when the buses arrive. We have a staff room where we sit and drink tea while grading papers. The playground is where the kids spend their time during the lunch break. Jammu can get cold in the winter, so we all wrap up in sweaters. In the summer, the fans are always on. We don't have a lot of polished speeches about what we do. We just teach the subjects and make sure the students are where they need to be. The parents come in for meetings, and we sit in the office to talk about how the kids are doing. It’s a normal school life. We have some trees around the perimeter that give a bit of shade. The road outside can get a bit crowded with traffic, but once you’re inside the gates, it’s mostly just the sound of lessons going on. We use the Zee School curriculum, which gives us a structure to follow. Every day is a bit different, but the routine stays mostly the same. We just keep at it, year after year, here in Bohri. The school building is painted in bright colors and we try to keep the hallways clear for the children.
