Our restaurant, American Fried Chicken or AFC as people call it, is in Jammu, specifically in the Digiana Industrial Estate. We are right on the National Highway in the Gangyal area, zip code 180010. You can find us pretty easily because we are near the Uko Bank in Gangyal. Since we’re in an industrial estate and on the highway, we see a lot of workers and people traveling through. It’s not a quiet place. There are trucks and buses passing by all the time. We’ve been here at this location for a while now, serving fried chicken to whoever stops in. The kitchen gets pretty hot, especially during the summer months in Jammu. We’re just a regular local business, not some big international corporate chain. It’s just us working the fryers and taking orders at the counter. Sometimes things get a bit messy when it’s busy, and we’re constantly cleaning up. We don't have any big fancy speeches about what we do. We just make the food and try to keep the place running. Being near the bank is helpful for people to find us. It’s a tough spot being in an industrial area, but we like the pace of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
