Kendriya Vidyalaya

We are situated in Extension 28, Sector A of Sainik Colony in Jammu. It is a fairly quiet area, which is good for what we do here. The address is 180011 for anyone looking to send us mail or drop by. We have a decent amount of space, but it is not filled with anything fancy. It is mostly just functional furniture and the things we need for the day-to-day running of the place. We don't have a marketing team or people writing big speeches for us. We just go about our business and try to keep things organized. The building itself is simple and looks like most of the others in this part of Sainik Colony. There is a bit of a yard outside where things grow a little wild sometimes. We don't mind it much. Most of the people who work here live close by, so we have a good connection to the local community. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment. We take things as they come and try to be helpful to whoever visits us. Sometimes the winter mornings are quite cold, and we all huddle around with tea before starting. It is a very regular, honest sort of place. We don't put on airs or try to be something we are not. It has been our home for a while now and we are quite content with the way things are. It works for us.
