Happy Home Senior Secondary School

Happy Home Senior Secondary School has its roots right here in Ward Number 6 of Jammu. We’ve been in this 180001 area for a long time now. It’s one of those older parts of the city where everyone kind of knows everyone else. The school building isn't new, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of character. We have several floors and many classrooms filled with desks that have seen many years of use by the children. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings when the students arrive and the local shops are just opening up for the day. We don’t go in for much show or decoration. It’s a very practical school. We spend our days making sure the classes are running and the building is safe for everyone. There’s always a door that needs oiling or a window that won’t shut quite right. It’s just the reality of an older building in Jammu. The staff here are mostly people who have lived in this city their whole lives. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just show up, do the teaching, and make sure the kids are learning what they need to. Ward Number 6 is a good place to be, and we are glad to be a part of the community here. It’s a steady, everyday kind of life at Happy Home. We just keep the wheels turning year after year and try to do our jobs well without making a fuss.
