Walk English

Walk English is located at 136 Venus Valley, right on the main highway toward Amritsar in Jalandhar. We are in the Preet Nagar area, which is usually quite active with people moving back and forth. The office is easy to spot once you get into the lane. It’s a place where people come when they want to get better at speaking and writing. We have a few rooms set up with tables where students sit together. Most of the people who come here are looking to go abroad or just need more confidence for their jobs. It gets quite loud sometimes when everyone is practicing their speaking at the same time. The highway outside stays busy all day, so you hear the horns and the engines while you work. Our staff members are mostly local people from Jalandhar who know the struggle of learning a second language. We don't use any complicated systems, just books and lots of talking. The desks are a bit old but they are sturdy. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea because the winters here get really cold and everyone likes a hot drink during the break. People usually drop by after work or college. It’s a straightforward environment without any big posters or loud decorations. We just sit down, open the books, and get to work on the grammar and the pronunciation. It’s a busy little spot in Venus Valley where we help people with their English.
