Blue Fox Veg & Non Veg Dhaba

We are located at 579/1-2 in Model Town, Jalandhar. Most folks find us by looking for the Punjab and Sind Bank, since we are right near there. The 144003 area is a good spot to be in. Blue Fox Veg & Non Veg Dhaba is just what it sounds like. We do both kinds of food because that’s what people in Jalandhar like. We aren't a fancy restaurant with white tablecloths. We’re a dhaba. That means things are a bit more casual and maybe a little louder than a hotel dining room. We have plenty of space, but it fills up fast on the weekends. You’ll usually see us running around trying to get orders out or cleaning up after a big group. It’s hard work and the kitchen stays hot, but we’re used to it by now. Being in Model Town is great because it’s a central part of the city. We don't have a big mission statement or any of those corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it’s supposed to and that people leave with full stomachs. We’ve been here at this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the families around the bank and the local shops. It’s just a regular business run by regular people. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve every day.
