BIG BANG GRILL

You can find BIG BANG GRILL over at Crystal Plaza in Jalandhar. We actually take up three booths there, numbers 109, 110, and 111, which gives us a bit more room to work with. Being in Choti Baradari means there is always something going on nearby. We spent a lot of time getting the grill setup just right in this part of town. It is a straightforward place where we focus on the heat and the meat. Jalandhar has plenty of spots to eat, but we try to keep things grounded here at our Ghara Road location. The plaza gets busy on weekends, so those are our loudest days. We have a crew that works hard behind the counters. It’s not a quiet, white-tablecloth kind of place; it’s more about the sizzle and the smell of the food cooking. We’ve been at Crystal Plaza for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the shoppers and office folks. The booths are practical for what we do. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or big speeches. If you’re walking through Part 1 of Choti Baradari, you’ll see our sign. We just keep the fire going and make sure everyone who sits down gets a full plate. It's just how we run things every day. We hope the food is enough to keep people coming back to the booths.
