We are located at Showroom Number 3 on the G.T. Road in Jalandhar. If you know where the Renault showroom is, we are right near there, which makes us pretty easy to find for anyone driving through Suchi Pind. Shaharish Restaurant isn't one of those places with a million workers in white hats. We are just a local crew making food for people who are hungry and passing by. Being on the G.T. Road means we see all kinds of people, from truck drivers to families on road trips. The kitchen is usually the loudest part of the building, with pots clanking and the exhaust fan humming all day long. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of people managing our social media. We just focus on getting the cooking done and keeping the tables wiped down. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud you have to shout to be heard, but that’s just life on the highway. We keep things simple here. The menu is what it is, and we try to make sure nobody leaves with an empty stomach. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the stoves, but we like the pace of it. Jalandhar is a busy city and being on this main road keeps us on our toes every single day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most of our regular customers are people who work nearby or pass through Jalandhar often. It’s not fancy but it works.
