You can find us at 203 in the Pam Rose World Trade Centre here in Jalandhar. It’s a busy place with a lot of shops around. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, stretching dough and putting on toppings. It gets pretty hot near the ovens, especially during the dinner rush. We don’t always get everything perfect, but we try our best to keep the cheese melting and the boxes moving. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, and it gets a bit chaotic. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just make pizza. The World Trade Centre building is easy to spot, so we get a lot of walk-ins. We see a lot of students and families coming through. It's a noisy, fast-paced environment, but we enjoy the energy. When the shift ends, we’re usually tired and smell like oregano, but that’s the job. We’re just a local pizza shop doing our thing.
