We are located on the lower ground floor of the Chunmun Shopping Store in Jalandhar. Being in New Jawahar Nagar, it’s a pretty active area, but since we are downstairs, it feels a bit different. You escape the noise of the street once you walk down. We’ve been in this spot for a few years. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do. The kitchen is where most of the life is. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do. We just open the doors and get to work. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients and making sure the kitchen is ready for the evening. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just a small group of people trying to run a business. Sometimes things go wrong, like a light bulb burning out or a delivery being short, but we just handle it. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from the shopping store upstairs. Some people find us by accident, and others have been coming since we first opened. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor. It’s just a practical place to eat. We focus on the cooking and hope people like it enough to come back. Jalandhar is a busy city, and we’re just happy to have our little corner in it.
