We are located in Urban Estate Phase 1 in Jalandhar City. Jalandhar is a busy place, and this neighborhood is no different. We started this kitchen with just a few basic tools and a lot of energy. It is not a massive place with hundreds of tables, just a cozy spot where we focus on getting the cooking right. We spend most of our day in the back, making sure everything is prepped. The smell of the food usually drifts out toward the petrol pump, which I guess helps people find us. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to run things.
