Hot Kuizines

We have been running this place at 47 Mahavir Marg for a while now. It’s right near A Peejay School in Jalandhar. Most days we are just busy in the kitchen getting things ready for the lunch rush. It’s not a very big space but we make it work with what we have. The staff here are all local people who know the neighborhood well. We don't really do much in terms of fancy stuff. It is basically just a spot where we cook and people come to get their food. Sometimes the street outside gets really crowded with parents picking up their kids from the school nearby. That's when we are at our busiest. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, prep the vegetables, and start the stoves. It's hard work and the kitchen gets pretty hot during the summer months. We just do our best to get the food out on time and keep the place clean. Most of us have been working here for years so we are like a small family. We know where everything is and how things should be done without needing to talk about it too much. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. No drama, just cooking every day and going home when the work is finished.
