Sangha Caterers

We work out of the Delhi Coffee House on Sehnai Palace Road. It is quite near Ashok Nagar. Sangha Caterers is just a small team of people who like to cook for others. We do not have our own big building so we share the space here. This road gets very busy during the wedding season because of the palace just down the way. You can often hear the music and noise coming from there. We spend most of our time prepping all the ingredients and packing things into containers. Our old van is parked out front most days ready to go to the next job. We have done meals for all sorts of things from small birthdays to office lunches. It involves a lot of heavy lifting with the big cooking pots and the gas cylinders. Sometimes the orders are very big and we have to stay up late to get everything ready on time. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a front desk. Most people find us through talking to their neighbors or by stopping by the coffee house. The cupboards are filled with mismatched plates we’ve gathered over the years. We don’t really care if they match as long as they are clean. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the whole team is in the kitchen at once. We just use what we have and make it work out fine every single day.
