Hot N Cool Family Restaurant

Our restaurant is in Model Town, Jalandhar, right across from Nikku Park. There is also a Gurudwara nearby which makes it easy to find us if you are new to this part of the city. We have been running this place for a while and it’s mostly a spot for local families to come and eat. We aren't a fancy place with white tablecloths or anything like that. It is just a regular restaurant where the tables are big enough for families and the atmosphere is pretty casual. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or making sure the dining area is tidy. The weekends are always the busiest because of the park across the street. We get a lot of people coming in after they have been out for a walk. Our staff is local and we don't have any big corporate training. We just learn as we go and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. We don't have a mission statement or any big goals other than keeping the place running and making sure the food is ready. Sometimes we have a long wait during dinner time but we just do what we can to keep things moving. It’s a practical business and we like being in Model Town. It’s a nice neighborhood and we know many of the people who live around here. We just keep at it.
