We are located at 540/2 in the Model Town area of Jalandhar City. Our place is actually right behind the Subway, which makes it easier for people to find us since everyone knows that landmark. In Jalandhar, Model Town is one of those places that always feels active. We’ve been operating Harbajan Caterers from this spot for a long time. The kitchen takes up most of the space because that’s where all the actual work happens. It’s often loud with the sound of pots and pans clanging or the staff talking over the noise of the burners. We don’t have a fancy front office; it’s more of a practical setup where we take orders and manage the logistics for various events. During the wedding season, this place is a total whirlwind of activity from early morning until late at night. We’ve got bags of supplies coming in and out all the time. It’s a family-style environment here, and we all pitch in wherever needed. Sometimes the back alley gets blocked by delivery trucks, which can be a bit of a hassle for the neighbors, but we try to move fast. It’s a hardworking environment without any frills. We focus on getting the food ready and out the door on time. That’s pretty much our life here in Model Town, day in and day out.
