Duggal Restaurant

If you are around Pathankot Chowk in Jalandhar City, you have probably seen our sign. Duggal Restaurant has been sitting here for a good while now. It is a noisy spot because of all the traffic coming through the junction, but we like it that way. We get all sorts of people walking in, from truck drivers passing through to families who live just down the road. The kitchen is always going, and there is usually the smell of spices in the air. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that; it is just us and a few helpers making sure people get a hot meal. The tables are plain and the chairs are just the regular kind, but they do the job. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, and you might have to wait a minute for a seat, but we try to move fast. Jalandhar is a busy place and people are always in a hurry to get somewhere else. We just provide a spot to sit down for a bit. We keep things clean as best as we can, and we make the food the way we would at home. It is just a local eatery on the edge of the city. If you see the chowk, you are basically there. It is nothing fancy, just good food for the people here.
