We’re located over in the Focal Point Extension area, right opposite where the Dainik Jagran office is. Being in Ludhiana, you know this is an industrial hub. Our building is at B-7-P. Even though we have "International" in our name, we’re just a bunch of locals working hard. We handle various goods that go out to different places. The traffic around the Focal Point can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it. Our office is a bit plain, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of manufacturing stuff and shipping logistics. It’s a lot of coordination between the factories and the transporters. Some days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We have to keep track of a lot of different orders at once. It’s easy to get things mixed up if you aren't careful, so we try to stay on top of the paperwork. We don’t have a big corporate feel here. Most of us just wear regular clothes and grab lunch from the local dhaba. We’ve been at this for a few years now, slowly figuring out the best way to move freight. It’s not always easy, especially when there’s a delay at the port or a truck breaks down. We just deal with problems as they come up and keep the business moving forward. We don't have a big glossy brochure to hand out, just our contact details and a list of what we can ship.
