Our unit is B-38 in the Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever walked through an industrial area, you know what it’s like. There are trucks coming and going, the sound of machinery from the neighboring units, and a lot of concrete. We’ve been at this address for several years now. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of shelves and our work stations. We don't have air conditioning in the main area, so it gets pretty warm in the summer months. We just open the big doors and keep moving. We do a lot of packing and shipping from here. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s steady. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we’re more like a small team than a big company. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive signs. Our sign out front is a bit faded, but everyone knows it’s us. We focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the inventory is correct. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, and we have to spend a Saturday catching up, but that’s just how it is. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for showing off. We like it that way. It’s honest work in a busy part of town, and we’re glad to be part of the industrial community here. It isn't perfect, but it is our place of work and we stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the staff happy.
