Tarlok Chand Hans Raj

Our business, Tarlok Chand Hans Raj, is located at 17 Sat Nagar, right near the Sewa Sadan building. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, though it picks up during the middle of the day. We’ve been operating under this name for quite a long time, and we like to keep things traditional and simple. We handle various goods and supplies, basically whatever our regular customers need from us on a weekly basis. The building we’re in is an older one, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of room for our stock and the small office. We don’t really go for the modern look; we have our old desks and our files organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks messy to others. If you come by, you’ll probably see someone drinking tea and going over the delivery notes for the next day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a place where people can get what they need without any trouble. The neighborhood is nice, and being near Sewa Sadan makes it a landmark for folks who haven't visited us before. We have a small crew, and we all pitch in with everything, from unloading the vans to answering the phones and cleaning up. It’s a bit of a hands-on life, but it keeps us busy. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing we’ve always done.
