Mr. Tool

Mr. Tool is currently operating out of the Nirmal Cold Storage premises on Nakodar Road. It might seem like an odd place for us, but it works for what we need. We have a section of the building where we keep all our tools and equipment. Nakodar Road is a main stretch, so it’s easy for people to find us once they know we are at the cold storage site. The air is often a bit chilly near the storage units, which is actually nice when the weather gets hot outside. We don’t have a big storefront with neon signs. It’s more of a functional space for work. We have shelves lined with various items, and we try to keep a good count of what’s in stock. Our days are mostly about checking the inventory and helping people find the specific parts they are looking for. Sometimes someone comes in with a broken piece and asks if we have a replacement that fits. We spend a lot of time looking through boxes to find the right size. It’s quiet work for the most part. We have a small desk with a computer that’s a bit slow, but it gets the job done eventually. We’ve been here at the Nakodar Road location for a while and have a good relationship with the people running the cold storage. It’s a practical arrangement for everyone involved, and we just keep things moving at our own pace.
