Our office is at Hig-3 in Paradeep, which is in the Jagatsinghpur district. Posco-India Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while now. The 754142 area is quite an interesting place to be, especially with the port and all the activity that goes on around here. It’s not like being in a big city office with glass walls and fancy lobbies. Our place is much more modest and fits the local surroundings. We spend our days dealing with the logistics and the various tasks that come our way. It can be a bit humid being so close to the coast, but we’ve gotten used to the air in Paradeep. The team is a mix of people from the local area and some who have moved here for the job. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We just show up, do what’s required, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace. Sometimes things get a bit messy or disorganized when we’re busy, but we always manage to sort it out in the end. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest; we just want to do our job well and go home at the end of the shift. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working, which suits us just fine.
