Mideast Integrated Steel Ltd.

Down in Nimapatana, Jajpur, is where Mideast Integrated Steel Ltd. has this setup. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here but we really like the space we have. We don't use big words to describe what we do every day. It’s heavy work, and it’s often quite dirty. The office is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a ceiling fan that clicks constantly. We keep the paperwork in big stacks on the table. Sometimes we lose a pen and everyone has to stop and look for it. It’s just real life here. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall.
