We have been here at Laxminagar for quite a while now. It's right by the Ferochrome Plant, so there is always some noise or activity around from the heavy machinery. Being in Jajpur means we deal with a lot of heat most of the year, but you get used to it after some time. People usually find us by following the Jajpur Road path. It is not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done every day. The post office is nearby which is handy for mail. Most of us live around here or in the nearby towns. It gets busy during the shift changes because of the plant nearby. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Usually, it's just the same faces coming in and out. The roads around here can get a bit rough when it rains, especially during the monsoon season when the puddles get deep. We just keep things moving regardless. There is a small tea stall just down the road where some of the guys go during their breaks. It is a very industrial area, so there's always trucks and lorries passing by our door. We are situated in the 755020 area, right in the heart of the district. It isn't a place for tourists, that's for sure. It’s just a regular work spot for us in Orissa. We manage the day-to-day stuff and try to keep things organized. It is honest work and the location works for what we do.
