You can find Yash Food Products over in Chand Bihari Nagar, which is in the Khatipura area. It’s a neighborhood where people mostly know their neighbors and things move at a decent pace. We have our setup here where we handle everything. It’s not a huge factory or anything like that, just a regular place where we work on our food items. The smell of whatever we are making that day usually drifts out into the street. Sometimes the neighbors even mention it when they walk past. We start early because food work doesn’t wait around. There is always cleaning to do, then the actual prep, and then packing things up. Our space is filled with containers and bags, and we try to keep things organized even when it gets busy. It's more of a workshop feel inside. The floor is concrete and we have sturdy tables for the work. Life in Khatipura is okay, it’s a bit away from the main city chaos, which helps us focus. We get our supplies delivered, process them, and then they go out to wherever they are needed. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don’t think much about being big, just about doing today’s task well.
