Yash Events

We run Yash Events from our office at 2/101, S.F.S., in the Agarwal Farm area of Mansarovar. Jaipur is a place where there is always something happening, and we are right in the middle of it. Our space is often cluttered with samples of different fabrics, strings of lights, and sketches for various setups we are working on. It is not a corporate setup by any means; it is more like a workshop where ideas come together. Mansarovar is a large residential area, so it is quite convenient for us to meet people nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors and checking on supplies like flowers or tents. Sometimes the weather in Rajasthan gets really hot, which makes setting up outdoor events a bit of a challenge for the team. We usually have tea multiple times a day while sitting around the main table discussing what needs to be done next. There is no big hierarchy here, everyone just rolls up their sleeves and helps out with whatever is needed. We have been at this address for several years now and the neighbors know us well. It gets hectic when wedding season arrives, and we often find ourselves working late into the night. We keep it simple and just focus on getting the details right for each job we take on. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but that is just how the event business goes.
