Natani Tent House

Our family has been running Natani Tent House out of this spot in Tikkarmal Ka Rasta for many years now. If you know Kishanpole Bazar, you know how tight the lanes can be and how hard it is to move big items around. We keep all our poles, colorful fabric, and folding chairs stored at number 1104. It's a lot of stuff to manage and keep clean. During the wedding season, things get really crazy and we hardly get any sleep for weeks. We're usually out late at night setting up stages for parties or early in the morning taking down marquees after the event is over. It's hard physical work, carrying those heavy iron frames and making sure the cloth is tied down right so it doesn't blow away if there's a sudden breeze. My father started this business and now me and my cousins handle the daily bookings and the labor. We aren't a big event planning company with fancy offices or computers. We are just local guys with a warehouse full of tents and some reliable workers who have been with us for a long time. Most people just walk in to talk about their small family functions or religious gatherings in the neighborhood. We have different colors of fabric, some looks a bit older and some is newer. We try to keep things organized but when three weddings happen on the same day, the whole shop looks like a total mess. That’s just the way this business works.
