If you look for us in Ramganj Bazaar, you’ll find us at 5, Dhobhi Ka Khrra. It’s right in the middle of the Jaipur Gpo area, so it gets very crowded during the day. Yash Catters is basically just a few rooms filled with large cooking pots and bags of spices. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably see someone cleaning vegetables or checking the inventory. The walls have some stains from years of cooking, and the floor is made of hard stone. We like being in this part of Jaipur because everything we need is close by. The market is right there. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for our own office. We’d rather spend that on better ingredients. It's a noisy neighborhood, but it has a lot of life. We’ve had many long days here, especially when there are multiple weddings on the same date. We just stick to what we know. The "Catters" spelling on some of our old stuff was a mistake from years ago, but we just kept it. It’s part of who we are now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to make sure the food we send out is good and that our staff is taken care of. It’s honest work and it keeps our families fed. We usually have some tea around four o'clock and talk about the next day's schedule. The hustle of the bazaar never really stops.
