King Silver

King Silver is located in C -100 Paras Apartments. It isn’t a shop on the street where people just wander in. You have to come into the building and find the apartment. It makes the workday feel a bit more private. I usually have the radio playing low in the background while I sit at the main table. Paras Apartments is a decent building, mostly families living here, so you hear the sounds of everyday life through the walls. Our space in C -100 is filled with the smell of metal and polishing compound. It is not a big showroom or anything like that. It is where the actual work happens. The table is old wood, and I’ve got my tools laid out exactly where I like them. Most days, I am just focused on the silver pieces, making sure they look the way they should. It gets a bit cluttered because we have supplies in every corner, but I know where everything is. The light from the balcony is good in the mornings. Sometimes I take a break and just look out at the other buildings in the complex. It is a steady routine. We do not have fancy signs or bright lights. Just the name on the door and the work on the table. It is a quiet way to run a business, and I think it suits the kind of silver work we do here.
