We are situated at Plot No. 116 in Shri Vihar, along JLN Road. Specifically, the shop is on Gokul Bhai Bhatt Marg, tucked behind Hotel Clarks Amer in Malviya Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address, but once you find the hotel, we aren't far. Jewel Fab And Arts is where we spend most of our time. The neighborhood is decent and it’s a bit away from the main chaotic markets, which we appreciate. Inside, the space is filled with all sorts of items, and it’s not always perfectly tidy. Stock keeps coming in and going out all the time. There isn't a big corporate structure here or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay. Customers are usually treated like neighbors because many of them actually are. We don't use a lot of sales tactics. If someone likes a piece of art or jewellery, they usually know it right away. We just provide the price and tell them a bit about where it came from if they ask. Mission statements aren't really our thing. We just want to keep the shop going and make sure people are happy with what they take home. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it as well as we can every day. Most of the time, we are just happy to see people interested.
