Swapnlok Event

Our office for Swapnlok Event is tucked away in Gaytari Nagar, right across from Sector-92 in the Mansarovar area. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people find us eventually if they look for Chitra Paksh. The space is usually filled with boxes of decorations, old flower vases, and rolls of fabric that we haven't found a use for yet. It stays pretty hectic here because someone is always on the phone with a tent vendor or trying to find a driver who went the wrong way. We don't have a big corporate setup; it is mostly just a few desks pushed together and a lot of lists scribbled on paper scraps. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. Dealing with events means there is always something going wrong at the last minute, like a light bulb burning out or a tablecloth having a stain. We spend a lot of time driving around Mansarovar and the nearby sectors to check on things. It is not a glamorous job at all, despite what people think about parties. Most of the time we are just tired and covered in dust from moving stage gear around. We keep our keys on a big hook by the door so they don’t get lost in the mess. It is just a small team trying to keep things moving day by day.
