Special Effects International Entertainment

We have been running Special Effects International Entertainment from this spot in Bapu Nagar B2/148 for a long time now. The office is usually a bit crowded with fog machines and light boxes piled up in the corners. It gets a little messy when we are getting ready for a big show. People stop by and ask what all the cables are for. Sometimes the dust from the street gets inside, but we just wipe things down and keep going. It is a local operation here. Most of the guys have been with me for years. We spend a lot of our time checking bulbs and making sure the sparks work like they should. It is not always glamorous work, especially when you are packing heavy crates into a small van in the heat. Bapu Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise outside our door. We drink a lot of chai while we figure out the wiring for the next event. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we have our ways of fixing things. It is just how we do things every day. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk and a lot of gear. It is a practical life, working with our hands and making sure the lights come on when someone flips the switch. We just keep our heads down and handle the work as it comes in.
