Shri Kalyan Industries

If you find yourself over at Road 5 in VKIA, you will see Shri Kalyan Industries. We are at plot number 103. The industrial area is always full of noise and movement. It is just the way it works in this part of town. Our gate is usually open by nine in the morning. Inside, it is mostly just the sound of the machines running. It can get pretty loud, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. The walls are a bit stained from the work we do, and the floor has its fair share of scuffs and marks. We have been at this VKIA address for some time now. Most of the other businesses on Road 5 are doing similar things, so we all kind of know each other. It isn't a place where you would come for a quiet meeting. There is always someone moving a pallet or checking a piece of equipment. My desk is tucked away in a small corner where I try to keep the paperwork straight, though the dust gets on everything eventually. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Just the name on the front and the work going on inside. It is a steady routine that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we all just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back. That is just life in the industrial zone. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
